- Get 120 g noodles
- Get 1/2 cup diced or minced beef
- Make ready 1 egg
- Prepare 120 g noodles seasoning pack

- Prepare 1 handful green beans
- Make ready 1 small green pepper
- Make ready to taste Ground fresh pepper
- Take 2 medium size tomatoes, diced
- Prepare 1 tsp thyme
- Get 1 tsp curry powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp vegetable oil for frying
Season to taste with salt, pepper and onion powder. In a large pot boil water and cook noodles to directions on packaging. Once meat is almost fully cooked add in Velveeta sauce. Drain the pasta and add to skillet.
Instructions to make Beef and egg noodles:
- Whisk eggs and half of the veggies together, add little indomie seasoning, curry and thyme and set aside
- In a sauce pan or pot on medium heat, add little oil and half of the remaining onions and thyme, add the beef and stir till till it turns brown and has cooked.
- Add the egg mixture and stir till fried, it should look like crumbs at this point. Add enough water to cook the noodles and allow to boil.
- Add the noodles and remaining seasoning, green beans, tomatoes and onions. Allow to cook, adding water if there's need to. Add green pepper when it's done, stir and serve hot
